remove needed pictures and 100char limit on rep

this stupid ass shit makes me take forever to rep someone and i just spam characters in the end anyways and still fucking get warned for it, absolutely noone likes it and the only people to do like it are those retards who think that they have an opinion in this community but have 20 reps from 1-10$ deals and have no trustability as far as an actual marketplace would take opinions from. ty

I agree, if I sell someone BTC or a domain or whatever, I should be able to write "sold btc, went smooth" and a not a essay.[DOUBLEPOST=1548103530][/DOUBLEPOST]

pictures are not a big hassle to get and it prevents people from getting or giving fake reputation. Overall think that it's fine.

Anyone can fake a picture, with inspect or just cropping things correctly.

This has been suggested a few times since the implementation of our 100-char minimum for reputation, and this is the point that I've replied with each time:

Honestly if you can't be bothered to type two sentences in a reputation, you have to rethink whether you should give it in the first place.

If you're using the reputation system to say "vouch, sold an acc", then you're using it wrong.

Also, calling the people out who disagree with you for being randoms is just toxic.
