The rule is honestly useless, a seller should not get hopes up when someone says they will buy it, they might not want it in the end, or might find a better thing... The rule is restricting you...

Example: You put candy in your shopping cart, when you are about to checkout, you decide you don't want it and want to go on a diet, and you out it back, and the cashier says 'sorry sir/ma'am you have to buy this, our policy states once you have something in your shopping cart, you have to buy it.'

Basically: Buyers can you only back out of a deal if the seller is selling something pre-made, if a buyer request the seller for a specific item, like a custom build, plugin, artwork then the buyer cannot back out.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

I'm not too sure about the status of this right now, but that warning is in place in order to prevent people from backing out of a deal and generally being a pain to the original poster and we have no intention of removing that rule. Jack summed it up pretty well.

Thanks for the suggestion.
