Remove resource approval

Lets face it, resource approval takes a long time.

And people are downloading it at there own risk, so just remove approval.

With resource approval there is no risk with downloading a resource. Each one is done manually and checked each time by Myiume which takes time. It's for user security that we check them for any trojans/stolen builds (I think)/rats, etc.

I would also love to see resources being confirmed faster...last time i published resource on tuesday and it got confirmed on friday...

But i don't support suggestion that resource checking should be removed completely for everyone. In my opinion there are two ways how to make this faster: take one more person specifically for this job or remove resource checking for some people which could be considered trustworthy...

Is Myiume sacrificing his safety to approve resources? He downloads each one if I'm correct, so he might just be downloading a computer virus?
