You remove threads for Spotify Upgrades, but then you continue to allow shops with cracked vpn accounts, Apex Legend Cheats, Cracked Netflix Accounts, fake social media bot accounts. All of those violate there respective companies terms I'm sure, but you don’t enforce removing them. However with Spotify it is something special???

It is a double standard, and should be addressed.

Edit:
One solution would be to not enforce it all. (most ideal)

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

I agree, but I think staff will just say they don’t have enough time to get to those. They’re mostly sold by ban evaders anyway

There’s surprisingly a lot of questionable items/accounts that are sold on Mc-Market that kinda just fly under the radar. That part of the forum is literally the “rough” part of Mc-Market that people know exists but don’t acknowledge.

Cracked VPNs cannot be distributed/sold/bought on MC-Market.
Apex Legend Cheats is just someone hacking in a game to get an unfair advantage over others. The only thing it affects is gameplay, it does not affect someone's account.
Cracked Netflix accounts cannot be distributed/sold/bought on MC-Market.
Fake social media bot accounts is a debatable thing, however.
Yet you have a pinned thread that sells cracked Netflix accounts and VPN accounts. My thread was also pinned and removed but the cracked Netflix one that was right next to it stayed.

This dude is hardly a ban evader.[DOUBLEPOST=1560388807][/DOUBLEPOST]
Staff cannot view every single thread posted, every single comment posted. It is up to the members to report content that violates the rules not see that content violates the rules, not report it then ask why it's still up.
I could maybe see your logic if it was a regular thread, however given the fact it is a pinned thread, I can’t see how a staff member who is an active part of the community misses a thread titled with big letters NORDVPN at the top of the forum.

We view hundreds, even thousands of new reports weekly. Not including support requests, and everything else.

It’s not like we just browse the forum and remove content. (Though we do occasionally)

If you see something that violates our rules, report it. It’s as simple as that. We need our community to help staff upkeep the site. We can only do so much.

Arguably though using an open spot on a Spotify family plan isn’t harmful to the account owner either. They can remove it any time if they do wish, and it does not place limitations on there account or effect normal functionality.

Is an MC Spam bot allowed? (It causes alot of harm just like discord tokens)

If everything legally grey is banned from being sold here about 2/3'rds of the user base will leave with it.
The number of people who are here primarily for Minecraft accounts is far lower than it used to be.

My solution would be to not enforce it period. I only bring this is up because it is unfairly being selectively enforced currently.

Sometimes having a lot of agrees is not enough. Suggestions with a lot more reactions have been denied in the past.

Indeed, the most predictable outcome would be staff saying an answer along the lines of "we do enforce it, we just can't get to every thread." which I find as a pitiful excuse and lie.
