You remove threads for Spotify Upgrades, but then you continue to allow shops with cracked vpn accounts, Apex Legend Cheats, Cracked Netflix Accounts, fake social media bot accounts. All of those violate there respective companies terms I'm sure, but you don’t enforce removing them. However with Spotify it is something special???

It is a double standard, and should be addressed.

Edit:
One solution would be to not enforce it all. (most ideal)

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Indeed, the most predictable outcome would be staff saying an answer along the lines of "we do enforce it, we just can't get to every thread." which I find as a pitiful excuse and lie.
Ive seen some staff viewing threads similar to the ones which have been removed and still nothing has been done about them.

Cracked VPNs cannot be distributed/sold/bought on MC-Market.
Apex Legend Cheats is just someone hacking in a game to get an unfair advantage over others. The only thing it affects is gameplay, it does not affect someone's account.
Cracked Netflix accounts cannot be distributed/sold/bought on MC-Market.
Fake social media bot accounts is a debatable thing, however.
I don't think repeating the rules is a very good argument against a suggestion for changing the rules o_O

I think harmless cracked accounts and Spotify upgrade services should be allowed. There are so many other products and services that should be allowed here. They just hate to see you win. This website pisses me off so much because I just can't sell shit here without my thread getting deleted for some stupid reason. I spend more time and have spent more money ($30-40 idk) on a competitor site because they actually allow you to sell your goods and services. That site doesn't have any bullshit rules nor double standards and has perfected pretty much every aspect of the forum in its 2-year lifespan. It's living proof that having a more hands-off approach to running a marketplace website helps it succeed.
TL;DR: As long as a good/service are not doing anyone harm, it should be allowed!

Are you saying cracked accounts do no harm? Stealing from a company ending up on lost profits for them? Hijacking someone else’s account, leeching off their credit card payments for your own benefit?

Cracked accounts being sold on here won't change the fact that accounts are being cracked and used in that fashion on a major scale

People steal Minecraft accounts to change the name to a better name and sell them for profit. Disallow selling Minecraft accounts rn!
In all seriousness, companies aren't really missing out on anything considering I wouldn't be purchasing their product even if there are no cracked accounts available. Using NordVPN never really crossed my mind until I saw I could get a cracked account for very cheap. It's also mostly (there are some bad situations that people get put into but they're not related to cracking) the user's responsibility to make sure their account is secure and they're able to recover it if it gets hacked. If a Spotify family owner's account gets hacked, they're going to notice it eventually (considering they're paying for it) and remove anyone who was upgraded without permission. It really isn't that harmful.

Don’t think anyone on this forum is loosing sleep over a few million dollar companies loosing out a few dollars of potential business here and there.

I’m pretty sure you’ve said you’d like to see Minecraft accounts removed from Mc-Market and if that’s the case I know you personally probably don’t agree with them being around. However it’s not really fair to make statements about how selling cracked accounts is wrong while also working for website that actively provides users with an outlet to sell stolen Minecraft accounts.

I think that the community needs to take a step in the staff's shoes for a minute. I believe that a staff member, with consent from Mick, should be able to record what they do for they're job and how tedious it is. Blur out all personal/private information to avoid privacy invasion of users.

I was a mod on MCC with 112,000 users. I know what forum moderators do, and I have been on that side of the equation. I also know an excuse when I see one because I often gave some of the same reasons they have listed.

Ironically, that’s a double standard towards companies too.

I am 100% on board with going through all of the accounts/cheats/etc that violate the terms of the services that they belong to and removing them. (Verbal warning, of course).
I’d also like for us to compile a wiki listing all of these things which may not be sold here. Many of these exist only because we were unaware for the longest time that they violated the service’s terms, and thus, when it was discovered, enforcing that they not be allowed resulted in outrage by the members who had seen many other shops for these products, thought it to be accepted, and built their own shops around it. Consequently, those things were simply left alone, despite them violating our policies. Not professional, not consistent. It needs to stop being put off and get resolved.

We're not going to be making any changes to our Minecraft account sales systems on the forum at this time.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion
