Remove the "upload a file" to rep.

Why is it mandatory to upload a file to rep someone, that's so backwards.
When you're trying to rep someone who's friendly you have to upload a picture of your convo?

It shouldn't be hard to screenshot one part of the deal, such as you two discussing after the deal is over.
The only issue with this is if you were on a mobile device and it wouldn't let you, in which case it should be suggested that you can add a file from a mobile device.

what if you're repping whilst there was no deal?

For instance, if you're giving someone a reputation because they helped you with an issue, provide a screenshot of them helping you.

That shouldn't be mandatory, they could've been helping you with something personal.

What might be a viable improvement for the future, however, is making the button for uploading evidence allow for an image link which will convert the file at the end of the link into an attachment so that we have it logged permanently on our site.

How bout just reverse this gay ass rep system, when someone asks me nicely to leave rep I almost kill myself knowing I’ll be sitting at my computer for 4 hours filling out forms and uploading photos.

Besides, it has generated a somewhat better quality so far. People complain about how long reputation disputes take, however what if they don’t even have anything to dispute if it’s more difficult.

It shouldn’t be a pain in the ass to show your appreciation to someone and it shouldn’t be like this if you’re someone who does mass amounts of deals like an account seller.

Giving reputation shouldn’t be the thing giving any inconvenience

that's one dumb statement LOL. You opt to pay the price of the phone, something being a luxury has nothing to do with the company making money from you.
