Remove the "upload a file" to rep.

Why is it mandatory to upload a file to rep someone, that's so backwards.
When you're trying to rep someone who's friendly you have to upload a picture of your convo?

Meanwhile, I just upload a random image I have saved for the once in a blue moon a do a deal on the site, defeating the entire purpose. If there's an issue with the rep, I'll provide proof as I'm not a sloppy mess.

I suggest making it optional to need a screenshot for neg reps -- which is clearly the source of the problem and the toxic community of children (or teens) -- as clearly no one sees the image (apart from staff I assume) or manually checks it. If validation for a pos rep is needed, either party should be able to provide proof but I've yet to see a vigilante going around asking high rep people to confirm each rep.

Evidence is required for each claim or accusation you make in your feedback. This will not change.
What might be a viable improvement for the future, however, is making the button for uploading evidence allow for an image link which will convert the file at the end of the link into an attachment so that we have it logged permanently on our site.
