Thread trashing reputation shouldnt be allowed/be reviewed

A lot of People neg reps for "thread trashing" for no reason at all (like Toxicity) for example.
Person A: Selling an account with almost no info
Person B: Adds info like: It's banned on _____
Person A: Neg Reps

Do u think someone deserves a negative (that Means a lot for new users) for giving information about an account?

Another example
Person A: Selling a scam account
Person B: This account was owned by a scammer, deal with caution
Person A: Neg Reps without trying to deal the Situation.

Is giving information about something that they're most likely interested BAD?

I'm talking about this type of trashing thread rep. I agree with neg repping for dudes saying something that isn't in the topic/related Nor spamming

I agree that what you provided a scenario of shouldn’t be allowed.

It seems as though you’re a bit mad about your reputation, which in fact, you’ve received because you trash threads with toxicity just to be annoying. You deserve the reputation that you have because it provides an insight to who you are before butera or sellers deal with you.

If u think i care about my reputation you're somewhat near retarded kids
Also i have a lot of toxicity/trash neg reps, no one related with scamming so that doesn't matter while dealing

Nobody wants to deal with a toxic user. Change my mind.

I mean I'm quite sure that you cannot use reputation as a punishment (therefore "thread trashing" neg rep wouldn't be allowed)
I just wanna make sure, so can any staff confirm what jarred said?

You should definitely be able to neg rep for thread trashing, but we should define what type of thread trashing a person could neg rep a user for.

Thread trashing in a toxic or offtopic manner should be neg-rep-able, but you shouldn't be able to be neg-repped for providing a valid argument to why the objective/product (or any contents) of a particular thread is obsolete, invalid, a rip-off, a scam, etc. in a non-toxic nor biased way.

Now, if you start trashing a thread because you just don't like the OP and/or one of the repliers, falsy accuse someone without any kind of proof, or something similar/toxic, you should be able to be neg-repped for it.

Why do people feel the need to make suggestions when it's already a thing? You make a support request to dispute it, and while it will take time for a staff member to get to it, it will be handled. Staff cannot remove reputation if the reputation is informative unless the person who left it admits why they left it and it breaks one of the MC-Market rules. Otherwise, it will have to be discussed between the staff member, person who received the rep and the person who left the rep.

If the member cannot provide proof, it'll get removed. If the member provides "proof" and you're not breaking any MC-Market rules, it will get removed.
i commented "dwc" on a thread and got negged for it
Report them, it's already against the rules.
1.2.2 Do not use giving/receiving reactions as a currency, reward, or condition.

1.5 Do not slander or otherwise trash another member, person, or thread.

Makes so much sense.
I was talking to Kram and he said it's allowed so this suggestion is valid, apparently as long as you don't threaten with rep it's fine to use them as a punishment, if you don't believe me, go ahead and ask him, mcm has the best rules

Kram may need to reread the rules. It clearly states using it as a punishment is not allowed. The same rule also states using it as a deterrent, threatening, is against the rules. Trashing a thread and receiving a negative rating for it is a punishment, not sure how you can spin it so that it's not.

9.4 Do not use reputation as a currency, reward, condition, incentive, punishment or deterrent.
