As most of you probably already know new members tend to "farm reputation" a lot. New members can get a lot of rep in a short period of time and with this, they can easily scam those who trust people based on reputation and not common sense.
Scammer gets banned, makes a new account, rep farms a little, scams again.

So my suggestion is to make the punishment for rep farming bigger. Maybe;
One warning and if you do it again well, then you're banned.

What do you define as rep farming? How can you prove this? How can you show it's invalid?

Well, small deals you cant really stop people from farming rep through. Because all of them are valid

Our enforcement of rules against abusing our reputation system are already harsh enough in my opinion. Offering vouch copies or selling 100 items worth $2 each and getting rep from that is completely fine. Users need to look at the quality of the reputation received rather than just the total received.
