Reporting users with private profile

I couldn't find the current thread about this, but the reason why I am saying this is because when some people abuses the rating system you can not report them because their profile is private.

So someone again is abusing the rating system on me.
- I cant view their profile and comment on that.
- I cant report them
- I cant private message them asking why so.

It is such bullshit. And the suggestion Ajdin made was denied. 100% BS.

Yep, there is no point of having a private profile...

other than just to piss other users off.
