you can't trust anyone because people can always exit-scam, so even though they may have 50 positive reputation, they may still scam.

I wouldn't define it by posts, I'd define it by post to reaction ratio.

If said user has over 200 posts, has a 4:1 post to reaction ratio, and has ~ 5 rep, then I'd start to classify them as reputable.
