Am bad at math, but here is what I got with a calculator..

So I divided 403/4 and got 100..

and since am brain dead I assume since I almost have 100 Reactions.. am almost there

A member is considered reputable due to a variety of factors. The typical ones are how long they've been a member, how active they are (not posts/reactions), how many good deals they complete, and how impactful they are to the people around them. Typically people who have been around at least a year, login on a daily basis, have 20+ reputation, and frequently stay active in the shoutbox, suggestions, general and help discussions are considered reputable.

You can't say no one technically is reputable since anyone can technically scam. Yes, we could. Will every reputable member scam though? Absolutely not.
