Alright, so I see a lot of controversy about whether a not a member is 'reputable' or not. A person could shit post and gain 200+ funny ratings, and he could count himself as 'reputable' vs a person with legitimate 'vouches' I.e. 60+ winner ratings.
There really needs to be a separate feature for giving people reputation.
I.e. A Premium member could give someone +/-(plus or minus) 2 reputation at a time with a cooldown of (just an example) 24hr for rating that specific user.
A regular member could give neutral and negative reputation with a cooldown of 48hr for rating that specific user.
The minus reputation feature would be like a negative rating. For users who scam or users who you wouldn't want to deal with.
