Request Custom Spigot/Bukkit Fork 1.19.2

Im Looking for someone to upgrade Minecraft 1.12.2 Spigot Server Build and add the newer block of the game the idea here is too use the old engine while having newer blocks and items

So the server fork would allow 1.19 players or Latest to join and would be as performant as the 1.12.2 spigot build.

anyone know if this is possible if yes at what cost.
