[REQUEST] Factions Base Design (7x7 Chunks)

Looking for a mod box/chest room design that is spawner efficient (lots of space for spawners) that includes Blaze, Creepers, Iron Golems, Enderman, Zombie Pigman, and Cow grinders. Try to give as much space as possible for spawners but also make it look really nice. Depending on how it looks I'll pay quite a bit for it. For a theme try to go for a heaven/hell theme. Remember, make it as spawner efficient as possible. Reply if you need any other details.

Big enough for each grinder to fit at least 1000+ spawners (will pay quite a bit for it which could be maybe $20 - $30. Willing to negotiate)
