Recruiting Two Administrative Staff (Back-End / Management)Cobbleco.re is an upcoming creative survival experience designed for players who love the vanilla adventure — but stay for the projects, builds, and community that come after.
Once the journey’s complete, the real fun begins: seasonal team builds, long-term collaboration, and a world that evolves through creativity and balance.
We’re currently in the early planning and setup stage, forming a small, mature management team to help shape the server’s direction before launch.
Positions OpenWe’re looking for two experienced, self-motivated individuals (23+) to join as administrative / back-end staff.
You’ll contribute to:• Helping decide between a vanilla or semi-vanilla foundation
• Designing spawn concepts, events, and seasonal world goals
• Configuring and balancing key survival plugins
• Writing and maintaining staff documentation & player guidelines
• Fostering a balanced, mature, player-focused community
Custom developmental experience (plugins, scripts, or configuration work) is a major bonus, though not required.
Please note that this is a hobby project, and there is no financial compensation at this stage.
