I need an appraisal for this 500x500 Castle Map that me and my friends built, its currently has mostly 1.8 blocks and includes a ton of walking area and features for players to experience or play on.

$150 is what you should list it for as exclusive and get offers from there, however, if you sell it non-exclusive for $10-15 you'll probably sell more than 10 copies and make more money in the long run.

Very neat build by the way, not overly showy/complex and has a very vanilla and nostalgia vibe.

Thanks so much! I wanted to sell it for exclusive because I was afraid that I wouldnt get many non exclusive purchases.

Something like this I can see selling well as non-exclusive, just list it as a resource as well as a thread in the building section. You might also look into the schematic store website as you can sell it there too.

If you list it where multiple people can buy it, it'll probably get purchased multiple times before you can change it so you'd really have to keep it semi-exclusive (sold to only a few people like 5-10) or no-exclusive and just keep selling it. If you want to sell it exclusively just find a buyer and sell directly rather than listing it, so much easier.
