Requesting a factions server spawn.

Hello!

I am currently in the process of developing a minecraft factions server.
The server I am developing has the proper plugins and configuring needed, there is no issue there. What I need is a spawn though. I am not a bad builder myself, but the theme for my server is a fire/lava/dark theme. I am known for my stonebrick and stained clay builds. I cannot build following that theme. If anyone can build a server spawn for me, please private message me on discord.

Desired:
Dark/Lava/Fire themed factions spawn.
Palette (If needed): Coal blocks, Netherbrick, fire, lava, etc.
Preferably I would like the spawn to be built for free (with credit of course), but I am willing to pay. (Budget $50).

EDIT: I'm asking for a build around the size of 150x150. I'm fine if it is a little less though.
