Requesting a server logo

Howdy folks!

I'm needing a re-designed logo for my up and coming server, unfortunately, I've completely blown the budget in the other areas of the server so I'd need this to be done for free (I will give a vouch however)

This is my current logo, I need something like this with a similar colour scheme but maybe more 3D or anything else that you would improve it in general.
