Requesting builders for a big project

Hey there, I'm looking for a builder or a building team that can build 4 bases for each team and 1 main build in the center + some small builds around the whole map. The whole map is 2048x2048 (1.18.2) and the seed is -8360340383955379026. The center of the map is 1024 1024. At the moment we are not planning to pay anyone as all of us are working on this during our free time. We are planning to organize one of the biggest if not biggest events in Minecraft. We are preparing an event server that will be able to handle a few thousand players on 1.18.2. Normal paper Minecraft servers can barely handle 300 players on amazing hardware. Of course, you will be credited / if you have any other ideas on how we could make this worth it for you then feel free to contact us!
