I would like to start up a build team of at least 4-6 members, I want really nice builders ones who don't build the typical mid-evil , or middle-aged kind of builds, no i want something unique. PAYMENT IS GIVEN EQUALLY, WE ALSO HAVE OUR OWN BUILD SERVER (Practice only)
therefore im asking if you want to join the team to be a descent builder and provide pictures or a portfolio to me in comments or PM. The requirements are below:

Not trying to say anything, but a couple of things. One: Just about every build team pays the members, dependent on work put into the project, so it is nothing different.Two, it is medieval mate. Just some pointers, Otherwise GL!

1.. what are you talking about and 2. We only build as a group and not seperate.. and if we do build seperate thats Personal payment

As in stating that the builders will be paid is not needed, as just about every team does that as is. It's standard. Going on with the second part, build teams in just about every case build as a team, with assigned roles. Not rocket science there, and if someone doesn't contribute to said project, they don't get paid. Simple, standard, nothing else to it.

I know builders younger then 15 more mature then a 18 year old..
