Build Team Needed

Build team name : Poseidon's Builders

I would like to start up a build team of at least 4-6 members, I want really nice builders ones who don't build the typical mid-evil , or middle-aged kind of builds, no i want something unique. PAYMENT IS GIVEN EQUALLY, WE ALSO HAVE OUR OWN BUILD SERVER (Practice only)
therefore im asking if you want to join the team to be a descent builder and provide pictures or a portfolio to me in comments or PM. The requirements are below:

As in stating that the builders will be paid is not needed, as just about every team does that as is. It's standard. Going on with the second part, build teams in just about every case build as a team, with assigned roles. Not rocket science there, and if someone doesn't contribute to said project, they don't get paid. Simple, standard, nothing else to it.

Actually, I do, and probably more so than you. I've been in countless Build teams, and perhaps you misunderstood what I was saying. I get slightly disappointed when I see a post saying builders will be paid to join a team, when just about every build team I know pays it's members from each commission they do. I've been doing build team related work when build teams were just starting to form, so next time you state to someone that they have no idea what they're talking about, get some facts first.

No, you are just an idiot. If you join a build team, you may not even get paid. Some do it for fun, others don't.

You are correct in the sense where builders are paid per commission, but where does he say that you will be paid for joining the team?

Just because you join a team, doesn't mean you will always be doing team projects, that's just a stupid assumption. All teams are different bud.
