[Requesting] Developer for 50% of profits

Hey I just thought i'd shoot my shot and offer 50% of the total profits made from the server that is created with said developer.

The current plans for the project is to make either a detailed modeled Skyblock/Prisons server that relies on PVE rather than PvP with custom mobs replacing boring old vanilla mobs.
The plan is to make the best gaming experience possible while also giving that feel-good competitiveness side of Minecraft. The fully in-depth details aren't confirmed as to what is made
in these gamemodes. But before making those details i'd love for a developer to help bring the ideas to life with me. In return i'd pay for everything such as Hosting, Models, Textures etc.
I personally do the configurations, creation of the texturepack and offer some custom made plugins that can be modified to our liking. Requirements for the developer are:

• 2 Years+ Development Experience (Java)
• 18+ Years of Age
• Knowledge of packets/multi instances
• Passionate about their projects and work
