What I’m looking for:
Proven experience managing Minecraft servers or hosting services
Strong technical knowledge: server optimization, performance tuning, and scaling (Java & Bedrock editions)
Familiarity with control panels like Pterodactyl, WHMCS, Paymenter, or similar
Knowledge of networking, server security, and DDoS protection
Experience with server deployment, backups, and updates
Ability to advise on pricing, service tiers, and customer management
