[Requesting] Production Manager for Brand New Custom MMORPG Minecraft Server

This is a full volunteer position and is without pay

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the production of an exciting new custom Minecraft server currently in development. This is a passion-driven project, ideal for someone who’s eager to take ownership, lead a creative team, and see a unique concept brought to life from the ground up. As our Production Manager, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in project leadership, creative direction, and team coordination — developing transferable management skills that can support your growth in future opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping to create content plans and production stages
• Guiding the team to ensure the vision of the project is realised
• Being creative and generating content ideas
• Helping to source new team members

Who We're Looking For

• Someone who is passionate and enthusiastic
• Someone who is able to speak fluent English and is age 18+
• Someone who doesn't mind getting in audio-calls from time to time
• Someone who has experience with management or Minecraft servers (ideal but not required)
• Someone who wants to develop their skills and learn more
