Hello There McMarket! VarianceNetwork is looking for staff members for our upcoming skyblock release!
What is VarianceNetwork?
Variance Network was founded in late 2020, by myself and my friend. We both previously were owners of a factions server called InsidiousMC that ran from Early 2020-July 4th 2020. We started Variance believing that there was still an opportunity to establish an amazing server and build a community around our ideas. Variance started development at the end of 2020, and ended due to me and the other owner having a lack of time available. I restarted development myself in March 2022, and began rebuilding our staff team. We have been working on the server consistently for 2 months now and we are striving to make Variance a fun place for the skyblock community! Variance is currently home to 1 gamemode, skyblock, and we have plans to branching out to prisons, and possibly factions again in the future. Our skyblock realm is currently in staff alpha testing phase, we are trying to minimize as many errors as we can before we have a community beta release. Advertising for Variance will begin around 5/18, so we are in need of those who are ready to be there and answer questions that the community might have.
Why become a staff member on Variance?
Our management team has extensive experience and provides 1 on 1 training for some of those who are new to becoming a staff member. Most of our staff team has been with us since the very beginning and still believes in our vision. We are currently seeking out individuals who want to become a part and have a role in working as a team member on our network. We have a staff guideline handbook that walks you through most situations you will encounter in game!
