Hi, I'm looking to build a spawn for a survival game, it must allow me to place different NPCs, crates and more. The fundamental requirement is that it must be RESELLABLE, because I would like to use it in my server setup to sell. I would have a budget of $10.

Edit: It's fine if the build is already built, it doesn't matter.
