I am looking for a roleplay server setup similar to palace.network. The server will be a zoo / themepark.
I need the price to be a low as possible as I also need to hire builders, 3d modelers & artists.
The setup will include:
A resource pack on join.
An item in hotbar that opens a menu, like hypixel skyblock.

A cosmetics menu with hats and trails. The perms can be sold in donations or ingame.

Ingame stores, can be opened with signs or npcs. (Will be multiple around the map)
Trash signs to dispose items.

None of the plugins need to be custom, I believe there are plugins for these already.
I would like inventorys to be saved so players can keep food and items.
