Royal Realm | Staff needed!

Hello! My name is Zooter and I am the owner of Royal Realm.

What is Royal Realm?
Royal Realm is a SkyBlock server in BETA. We are a server focused on PVE, with our currently setup two dungeons and a hope to expand this to more in the future. We are also looking into adding mobs and bosses to our PVP and mines areas.

What are the roles we want?
Currently, I am the sole owner and staff member. I do all development, building and administration. So I am currently looking to hire:

• Moderators
• Helpers
• Players/BETA testers

Despite being the sole owner, I do not want any administrators or other types of staff to come from nothing: I want to build a team of individuals who are dedicated to the server. This means that I will looking at helpers and players and their commitment to the server in order to assess whether they are fit to be able to upgrade their roles on the server!
I have already upgraded players up to helpers due to their consistent help with the server in this BETA period.
We are soon to be releasing, estimated to be next month or early August. We have been in BETA for around 2 months now, and are putting the final touches on some of our plugins.

What are the perks of applying?
Mods will receive:

• A lot of perks, such as any commands and perms you see necessary (within reason) and the ability to host events and other things on the server
• NOTE: mods are not allowed to play on the server competitively due to the perks you are given. Therefore you will not appear in the /is top

Helpers will receive:

• Custom helper prefix
• Access to all chat colours
• Access to all staff meetings
• Opportunities to upgrade their position on the server
• Ability to shape the server how they envision it, with the help of the community

By being a player, you also have:

• Opportunities to upgrade your position on the server
• Ability to shape the server how you envision it, with the help of the community

Helper & Moderator Requirements:

• Age 16+
• Previous experience in this role or similar
• Committed + dedicated to seeing the server succeed
• Good at communication
• A good amount of SkyBlock server knowledge

as stated, this server has been around for 2 months - I know Royal Realms but I did not know it existed until I had already bought the domain and set up the server.
