RPG Character Card Plugin

Hello, I am looking for a developer to develop a character card plugin for my RPG server. Here are some of the features I would need it to display.


Name
Pronouns
Age
Race
Religion
Open line for Lore
Wiki link

There are also some features which I would want, but not sure if they are possible. Such as the character card displaying if you hover over a users name in chat, stopping the chat while they are editing their player card, and a gui menu for ease of access.

At the moment my PayPal is limited so I am only able to pay using Cryptocurrency, or we can use a Middleman here on Mc-Market
