RPG World terrain/map

What I’m looking for: im looking for an RPG map that I can implement all my systems into and paste my builds and cities into. The map I’m looking for is in the 20kx20k range. I’m looking for sea level to be at 30 so it gives me a little room under the earth to play with. No trees are needed as I will paste them myself. I need mountains to be added and shaped and colored naturally. Most of the land can stay grass as I will paint my biomes in game myself or in WP myself. So essentially you will be sculpting the land with all grass and adding mountain ranges as you see fit and rivers that lead to the oceans surrounding the continent. Last thing, you have a lot of freedom with the design that you sculpt as well. I want the creator to enjoy building it rather then it seem a job. About 70% land and 30% water.
