As you are looking for developers and Administrators to help with your server, you need to set a good role model which you are clearly not doing in this post ad the whole thread. You have a bad attitude and you have many grammar errors which is in the post such as capatilizing and you have generally made mistakes in your spelling. Try to change that and maybe you can get some more people to help out.
