Introduction and Past Experience.
For 11 months, I rose from being a Helper all the way to a Manager on a server which averaged between 50-100 players. During my time as a Manager, despite having extremely neglectful ownership, the staff team was transformed from a small, inactive community to a large staff team where every member received feedback on their performance and ways to improve, and not to toot my own horn, but I received numerous feedbacks crediting me for keeping the server afloat, and I’m sure people previously managed by me would be able to provide vouches of my ability,
Interactive ways to provide anonymous feedback is one of the few new features I would want to implement into your staff team, and in this system every staff member would receive an average rating out of 5 as well as personalized feedback on their performance and how they can improve.
My Personal Qualities
Maturity: As a manager, a high sense of maturity is needed to fulfil the role and make accurate calls and decisions, and I believe I possess just that, with capabilities to remain calm in stressful situations and put my bias aside when making decisions that could potentially impact the team or server.
Experience: As previously stated, I have been through every rank there is on a staff team, so I have a good concept on how any staff member could be feeling at a given time, so my ability to help them progress to the next level will be significantly helpful, and I have also experienced a lot of scenarios as manager, from staff who are abusing to the server being under attack, and successfully dealt with all situations, so I believe I am ready for whatever comes for the server.

My services are not free, but I do not demand a set fee. My payment would depend on your server's income and nothing more.
