About me:
Hello! My name is Sako, and I have been a builder for almost 7 years now. I started at around 2012 and have been in the business of freelancing for around 2 years now. I enjoy bringing people's ideas and imaginations to life, and because of this it allows me to enjoy what I do and feel excited every time I get to work on someone's build.

Pricing:
For smaller builds, within the size range of 50x50 to 200x200, The price is around 10-50$ USD, and is usually completed within 1-4 days, however, it may be completed even before then.

For medium sized builds, within the range of 250x250 - 500x500, The price ranges from 60-90$ USD, and takes around 5-9 days to complete, but may be completed before the estimated due date.

For larger builds, within the size range of 550x550 or higher, the price ranges from 95$ to 200$ USD, and takes around 10-17 days to complete, but may also be finished before the estimated date.

Please keep in mind, that these are not exact correlations between sizes and price, and that I may price things differently based on what you are asking for and how complex the build is.

Ordering Process:
Once you are ready to order, Please contact me directly via MC-Market, or on Discord with my username, which is provided below. Describe your order and the details and your budget, and I will get back to you with a price, estimated wait time, and show you my Terms of Service. Once you agree to the price and Terms of Service, I will then bill you 50% of the total cost, and after the order is completed, I will bill you the other 50% and after the full price agreed upon is paid, I will send you the finished product.

I don't think you have looked through my entire portfolio, and also, these are estimated prices. Everyone else's opinions don't really corroborate what you just stated, so I don't have much reason to believe what your speak is true or plausible.

Actually i did! I worked for Skeppy as a build Manager and many more high up clients. I have also been building for 6 years. From what is posted in your portfolio matches true to what i said. So if you what to get any business on McMarket take Criticism. If you dont u will fall its the rough fact.
