Quite an unprofessional thread if you ask me. You're trying to recruit staff members for your server, don't you want to give a good impression? Nobody wants to work for an unprofessional or immature owner - well that's my experience.

Also, out of curisoity, are any of these commissioned roles are are they all completely voluntary?
