Any previous server bans? (Why, please use detail. Does not affect application.): Yes. I was banned from a server called CribexMC a few months ago for making a forums thread. I have since talked to the owner and I have been un-banned. That is the only ban I can recall.

What Rank are you applying for? I am up for any rank you feel is right for me. I have experience in all staff ranks, so no matter what rank you would like me to be, I can be it.

Why have you decided to apply? I have decided to apply because I have seen a huge potential with this server. I feel that it can help me grow as a person and I can help it grow as a person. The management seems very organized, which I love.

Timezone? (Exact): MST (Mountain Standard Time, 2 hours behind EST)

Do you have a Skype? Yes

Do you have any experience with server Moderation/Management? (Explain in Detail): Yes I do!

Management
On a server called CellBlockMC (a server that was made using McM) I was accepted for helper. After a week of the owners seeing what I could do, they sent me a message. I was promoted to HR so I did all the management duties. These duties included, but were not limited to, handling reports, handling staff, handling bugs, etc. Sadly, after the server was bought by Corey B (Banned user) the server died.

Also, on a network called CowNetwork, I was selected as a server owner. I put my entire server together including a staff team, plugins, builds, etc. I did everything by myself with no Co-Owner or manager. Sadly, after a month, the owners shut down all the servers and took the files for themselves.

On a server called PurplePrison, I was Head-Admin, and again did all the managing by myself. The server had a 20 player playerbase and was quite active. That is where I learned most of my managing skills as well. When I was accept at CribexMC though, I stepped down.

Moderation
I was helper on CribexMC, a KitPvP server that was just bought. At the time, I knew nothing about being a KitPvP staff, but the community helped me learn. I became super active and I believe I really helped the server. After a few months, I started to become in active, and I could see that I was just taking of space that could have been filled by a more active user, so I stepped down. A few people who played on that server or still do are actually on Mc-Market, so I will tag them and maybe they can give you their thoughts on me being staff RessGames SoldierAlex

I was also helper on SageKits, a server owned by @Thematic (banned user). After about a week, I was promoted to mod due to my professionalism with players. Then, the owner went into debt and the server shut down.

I have been staff on plenty of other servers but sadly, I am drawing a blank on names. If I do remember them I will edit them in.

Anything else you would like to tell us? Sure! I am 6' 2" and 116 pounds. I live in a small town in colorado. I enjoy many sports such as basketball and ski racing! Anything that comes out of the sea I love to eat, and all around I just like stuff. I always try to keep happy and I never cuss. I really like making people feel better. I am also a huge nerd that loves computers and laptops and phones. So yeah! Hopefully you know me a bit better now

Why have you decided to apply? : I have decided to apply because I think this would be a great experience to go through and I would love to be apart of the team. Not only do I think it would be fun but it's time for me to take something seriously for once and work real hard to achieve something, which in this case is making this network a great place.
I am applying because I am very a very dedicated person, I work really hard to exceed your expectations. I am very kind and chill when it comes to handling things. I'm interested because I love to help players and answer questions that are asked. I have always wanted to have a staff tag so i can stand out and players will notice me and want to ask me questions when they need help. I like to be nice to players on the server and help them with what they need help with. The server needs a good helper on there to assist players on doing the right thing and not breaking the rules. I feel i can be that staff member and make it a good community and keep chat clean.
I feel i can bring a staff member who can help all the time and make sure its a clean community and make sure the chat is clean. I can be active on the forums and report rule breakers on the forums. I can bring a nice person and kind to players who need help. I can bring a staff member that everyone will like and look up to and want to need ask for help. I am very familiar with the Ban system commands, I have used it on a previous server of mine and always have.

Do you have any experience with server Moderation/Management? : I owned a survival server for 2 years that had a decent amount of players on it, around 20 - 50 players a day. Mostly on the summers we would hit a top player amount of 80 players. I have been staff on a server called DefusePvP when it was up, Mainly known as PainfulPvP's server, I was staff on it until it shut down. I had also been admin on another server and it had 10-15 players on it, But eventually it died down and I resigned due to no players. I have owned a network before, It was called MythicalNetWork. I owned it for 3 months but I eventually had to go back to school at the time and didn't want to run a network at the time. I was manager on a BiomeCraft for 5 months after. I worked my hardest to do my job and make the community better on there. I spent 1000+ hours on there for 3 months working hard to keep it a good place.

Anything else you would like to tell us? : My opinion of the meaning of being helper is to make sure chat is clean, Be respectful to all players no matter how mean they are to you. Being a helper is a very important job because it reflects on how good of a staff member you are and what you are capable you are and lets the owners/head-admin know you are ready for a promotion. The most important quality of a staff team is how they work together, The meaning of team is "come together as a team to achieve a common goal.". That's the whole point in a staff team, You all have to work together and help each other keep the server clean from hackers and toxic players. Another important quality is maturity, No staff team is good when you have immature players in the staff team, We need players who know what there doing and get the job done, The saying is one bad apple in the barrel can ruin many more. Most people say I am really chill while handling situations. I do agree with that statement, I am pretty chill when it comes to handling things. I like to laugh and have fun from time to time, But when it's time to be serious, I get to the point and get the job done. I also love to help people, When it comes to helping someone, I go to long lengths to help that person out. I work my hardest on every server I'm staff on. I dedicate my self to every thing I am put up to. If there is something I can't do, I still try my hardest to figure it out or I ask someone who might now how to do it. I don't rush my self when I am staff on a server, I take my time and do it right the first time. I know a lot of people make mistakes, We all do, But I Fix my mistakes when they happen, They don't happen a lot. I would keep my job no matter how hard the job gets. I understand how hard it is being admin on a huge server or even being staff on a huge server. The players can be really stressing and I can handle the intensity of being staff on a huge server.

Bans: A really small server for killing someone in the wrong place (accident) would never kill a player unfairly on purpose.
