Hi! I'm going to keep these short and to the point. I want a fork of SavageFactions, since it already has tons of features. I don't want service companies posting on here. If a service company does post, I will personally humiliate you. 
Alright, so let's get into what I want.
1. Tells you when a faction member goes online or offline. As seen on SaiCoPvP: https://gyazo.com/2213bbd83bc81beb812911b3cee22ea7 Should have multi-line support, and configurable.
2. /f motd - Sets the message of the day for faction members only. Everything should be configurable, should be easy since it's already in Massivecore factions. Example: https://gyazo.com/054fb5065bf5b54f365c4b259d888b0d
3. /f broadcast - SaiCoPvP's /f alert - Everything should be configurable (messages, color, etc).

4. /f territorytitles or /f tt - Disables territory titles, already in Massivecore factions so it should be easy.
5. /f allywarp - Refer to this post, to only the Allywarp section. Everything should be configurable, amount of money charged, and permissions, max warps, cost, etc.
6. Adds Faction vault to /f perms, and a faction vault is one row by default. Adds /f upgradevault (faction/player) (number of rows) as an admin command.
