I'm not sure I'm understanding. How would that prove you own an account? The owner of an account changing the account's skin to a certain one to prove ownership is pretty flawless.

When buying accounts, a trick I use is having them go on the hive and friend inviting me, can't fake that.

Yeah, I was wondering if there was a way of changing the skin w/o having full access. You can only do it client side so as you said it doesn't prove if you own the account or not.
