Scam reports removal [READ BEFORE REACT]

Before reacting please read carefully till the end.

It is kinda annoying when somebody searches your name and the first thing they see is the scam reports against you.
That shouldn't be the first thing they see, it gives bad first impression.

When you meet new people in life, you do not ask them what they did or what happened in their past, in order to give you impression about them.
You meet them the way they are right now and not what happened before.

Same should be on this market.
So I am suggesting for closed scam reports that are older than 6 months or maybe 12 months (expiration can be discussed) should have been moved to achieve where normal users would not be able to see.

Before reacting AGREE let me know with what you agree or what would you change (if you would).
Before reacting DISAGREE let me know what would you change then to be agreed on.

That isn't going to happen and if it does it's because of the customer's ignorance. Therefore you shouldn't deal with that customer.

I don't see why your reputation should be tarnished if you're not found guilty of scamming.
If it's closed then you're innocent and it shouldn't haunt you.

If they are closed and you aren’t proven guilty. There isn’t anything to hide. If your innocent then it doesn’t really matter. It happens sometimes and it’s acceptable.

It would do nothing and it would probably make things worse. Naivety and ignorance is not how we should approach business or discussions. Nor should we promote it. That is how 1. we get bigotry, and 2. we get scams.

I disagree, because by seeing your scam reports they get an insight of what you did beforehand, perhaps, let's say, you made them wait enough for them to open a scam report on you, only for you to respond immediately or a few days later and it to be closed, or perhaps you had to refund the payment because you weren't able to finish the product as the user wanted you to, this will give your next client an insight of your abilities, should he estimate you as competent or incompetent.

But that's just like, my opinion, man.

Myiume had multiple scam reports on him over time - and he was MCM staff. He got out of them 'innocent'. But one scam report that took longer and pushed harder got him banned for scamming.

This is not a black & white thing. It is not a 'good guy' 'bad guy' thing. This is business.

If you are innocent in crime investigation, does that mean there is gonna be more criminals of that? - That's what you are saying.

I don't see a point with discussing this with you as you can agree we aren't going anywhere.
