Scam-Resolves, good bye mc-market.

In brief: Some guy named Aiman contacted me on skype asking to make him a server setup, eventually I have made him one with all the requested features he has asked but few because I told him it is not a good idea to have those features and he completely agreed. Later on he contacts me on skype says "i want a refund, your server setup was shitty, you did not provide me with my requested features." so I was confused asking him what is wrong with the setup and offered him to update the server with the features I missed but he just kept asking for a refund, I then declined giving him a refund.

In conclusion: He made a scam-report against me, you can go read through it. Anyway M6 decided to go in his favor and will ban me on mc-market.

I want your opinions on this, if you decided that I was not fair towards him and should refund him I will most likely do if not, no matter what I will not refund the guy but get banned on mc-market.

If you showed the ToS, that's HIS fault, not yours.
People like these are found every day, the worst is when they dedide in his favor.

Also, M6 never said you were going to get banned. Just seems like there needs to be a rule before doing a deal that you must accept their TOS before a job.

He had the charge back but for some reason he removed it. Then he showed skype logs with him talking to M6 saying that I will be banned if I don't refund him. Just waiting for the final answer on the scam thread.

He shouldn't receive a full refund. He didn't get everything he wanted but he also got some of the things he asked for. He shouldn't be allowed to leave this scam report with both the money and whatever you did for him.

Just read the scam report myself, that's really unfair. Although I wlll say that you agreed to give him a full refund if M6 told you so.
