In brief: Some guy named Aiman contacted me on skype asking to make him a server setup, eventually I have made him one with all the requested features he has asked but few because I told him it is not a good idea to have those features and he completely agreed. Later on he contacts me on skype says "i want a refund, your server setup was shitty, you did not provide me with my requested features." so I was confused asking him what is wrong with the setup and offered him to update the server with the features I missed but he just kept asking for a refund, I then declined giving him a refund.

In conclusion: He made a scam-report against me, you can go read through it. Anyway M6 decided to go in his favor and will ban me on mc-market.

I want your opinions on this, if you decided that I was not fair towards him and should refund him I will most likely do if not, no matter what I will not refund the guy but get banned on mc-market.

Wow dude that really sucks. Sorry man feel super bad for you and if your story is true that is definitely not right. Really hoping you won't get banned because that isn't right.

I must say that I did delay the setup for 2 days due to lack of time.

When I do projects, if I receive payment then realize I don't have enough time to finish it, I refund the buyer and tell them if they still need it in a few days to contact me again.

I offered to give him an updated setup with the features he wants that I missed just so he would stop wasting my time and the scam can be finally closed. He then replied that I have now made a different setup to back my self up and because of this M6 decided to go in his favor.. I will try and convince him wrong.
