I’m making this thread as this deal involved a large sum of money that I really need.

A month back I purchased from this reputable user on the market a cape , semi account. Spores is its IGN, 2015 cape known yt.

He didn’t provide buyers protection whatsoever, but he assured that the account wouldn’t be pulled as he recorded spores himself delete the dispute link. However, just a week after the purchased the account was pulled via tid, or other alternative methods.

The user I purchased from refuses to give a refund as he is currently “broke”. However, I saw him bidding on some accounts and when I questioned him he said “ dude that’s my personal money”

Yes, I did verify that the account was pulled back.

What soever happens , the seller is responsible and should provide full support to his products , if he fails so he should provide complete refund . And morever he said "he assured that the account wouldn’t be pulled"

Accounts arent products therefore that's invalid. However, he is still responsible to back up his words for ''Assuring it wont be pulled back'' as that's just lying..


He lied to you since it was pulled back in the end. He scammed and lied to you since he is taking responsibility for assuring that the account wont be pulled back yet it was.

In conclusion, he scammed you... So therefore a scam report must be made on him for the sake of MCM members, before another get scam by him. No remorse/bs given.
