I’m making this thread as this deal involved a large sum of money that I really need.

A month back I purchased from this reputable user on the market a cape , semi account. Spores is its IGN, 2015 cape known yt.

He didn’t provide buyers protection whatsoever, but he assured that the account wouldn’t be pulled as he recorded spores himself delete the dispute link. However, just a week after the purchased the account was pulled via tid, or other alternative methods.

The user I purchased from refuses to give a refund as he is currently “broke”. However, I saw him bidding on some accounts and when I questioned him he said “ dude that’s my personal money”

Yes, I did verify that the account was pulled back.

It's the sellers problem that the account was pulled back and should offer a full refund. On purpose or not, it's a scam

well then i need help, how do i check if an acc is pulled/locked? it was via tid. Choo wants proof of that but idk how to get that

Sorry to say this but you were scammed, this kid Spores went around in 2015 and 2016 on skype, and was someone I knew for a while, on skype he scammed over 10 people with this account (me included), so sadly, since I don't think it's owner history has changed much, you were scammed.

It most likely is a scam, however it may not have been intentional.

His "personal money" on the other hand can't be used as his excuse as this is his business and part his problem.

to be fair mcm doesnt take tos into much of a consideration. I did some research on scam reports and it was clearly stated by scam resolvers that it wasnt heavily taken into account
