Hello there all,

You may all have your point of view on this suggestion, I hope I manage to persuade you.

So basically my idea was simple, once your get banned there should be the reason you're banned in addition to there being a gui.

The contents of the gui should be double the amount they exit scammed, or the value for the product. For minecraft accounts etc, we simply have Doge who can appraise them well and the idea flows etc.

I believe the scammer should pay double and further on the gui, it has a locked email address of the person who got scammed so they can't bypass this system.

In addition the way they will be unbanned is simple. When you pay for a resource and the payment is sent it unlocks a download, well if they were to do similar but to perform a command suggest as un banning the user it could work.

I have also decided to look from different point of views, and I understand that people can charge back and that is a significant factor.

I also agree with the statement, 'Once a scammer always a scammer.' However this option should only be valid for deals below or $10, and for those who have committed like multiple accounts in the past I believe staff should charge a reasonable fee that goes to Mick for them to be unbanned.

I also think that they should submit the reason for there ban and someone such as an active chat mod etc, should be give the rights to view through the reasons as to why they're appealing etc and only they have the opportunity to accept the payment in addition to the request.

Thank you all for your opinion,
Astronaut

im pushing more to the aspect of people who have created multiple accounts in the past of which they could appeal using this system.
This is a flawed system and it won't be implemented. The idea you suggest means that Mick will be making money on behalf of the people that have been scammed. And it will be impossible to find every person that has been scammed and allocate the correct amount back to them, besides they may be inactive etc.

Also, every single scammer on here has had their chance to redeem themselves. That occurred when M6Gaming asks them what they have to say for themselves.

Not just that, they could have exit scammed aswell. Let's not give Mick more money ;)

The only way a scam should be appealable is if there is new evidence on an older case. even then it is up to the discretion of M6 on whether or not he considers it worth his time, which in many cases he probably wont (a single screenshot on a case that took a week to resolve isnt gonna change much in most cases).
Buying unbans is one thing on servers, where the worst they can do is use hacks, which will ruin other people's experience but not cost them actual money (unless they had an illegal bet going). Buying unbans on this site is a bad idea.

I've also noticed that whenever you encounter a valid problem pointed out by one of us, you amend the original suggestion to become more and more specific. This leads me to believe that maybe you have a specific person (or group of) that you would like to have unbanned. Is this true?

To be honest, I do have a group that I think should be un banned due to the rules changing in addition to it being unfair. And the group I want to target is the people who get banned for multi accounting in the past as that was a rule that you couldn't do back then as opposed to how you can do it now. Other then that I agree fully with what you're saying, but to be honest unbans should be brought because it supports Mick and he does do he's fair share in charity work which in my opinion pays it off. Thank you for your response and consideration within this thread I appreciate it!

Stop licking his ass tbh
The money should NEVER, NEVER go to Mick, he isn't the one that got scammed, that'd be legit BRIBE.
I'm saying it right now, if this thing gets implemented I'm switching to different forums.

Thought this was a meme from the start lol

Beg wot? They both did it just to mess with Kylew lol

And for real, even if they multi-accounted they didn't get banned for it, they got suspended, it's their fault if they had like 85 warnings points and they got perma-ed.

I kind of agree with what was said earlier.

If someone intentionally scams a large amount, there should be no reason for them to be back on this site.

If they made a mistake, just wanted to pocket a little money, or just couldn't pay back, then maybe. (Aedan)

Still extremely low on morale. "Hey i want some pocket money. let's scam someone else out of it!". That's pretty much like stealing lunch money from a third grader to buy snacks, except you dont even have the balls to do it in their face.

We all make mistakes. If someone scams a large amount, sure once a scammer always a scammer, but I think redemption is possible. Although I disagree with this suggestion overall.

A scam is rarely a mistake. It's more like an algorithm of a series of mistakes.
The only cases that are at all redeemable are people who, say, offered a service or product, which didnt work for reasons outside their control, and the client demanded a refund they were unable to give. Stuff like that. that's maybe 5% of scam reports, and each case is individual.

In that previous post I was referring to the claim of "wanting some pocket money" as an excuse for scamming a small amount. It's not an excuse.

In my views, scammer intentionally scam. Why should scammers be offered a bail for a "crime" they intentionally did? I don't care if it was a low amount of of money being scammed, I still believe that scammers shouldn't be offered an easy way back.
