Scams outside of MCM​

I think that MCM should not deny scam reports that happen outside of MCM. -Recently I, myself, was scammed from someone out of MCM, yet their still on MC-Market. (My scam report was closed because of this).

MC-Market currently doesn't accept scam reports from deals that happened on skype or other sites.

What do you all think about this suggestion?

I'm honestly surprised this has any disagrees.. if they're a scammer, no matter where they scammed, why would you want them here?

Yes, transactions that are on skype or any other website.

I think by outside their should be some borderlines, for example an IRL friend decides to trade me a gaming mouse and he gives me a stolen school computer mouse, but they have an account on MC-Market. I don't think Scam Resolvers should have to go through the trouble of dealing with that scam

I'm not really talking about tangible items.. (i.e. irl items)

How is it a misuse? People are reflecting their opinion through a rating, so you're basically saying they're misusing their own thoughts which doesn't make too much sense.

The people who disagreed are the scammers [DOUBLEPOST=1458423034][/DOUBLEPOST]If a user has scammed elsewhere besides Mc-Market and we as a community can prove this to be true they should receive a ban. It's for the sites safety and the communities safety.
