Sci-fi abandoned Skyblock spawn

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for Sci-fi abandoned build for my 2nd Skyblock spawn.
I need, some crate area (3-5 slots), a trade market (or at least the place to build it), and a big portal. Can be non-exclusive/semi-exclusive/exclusive build. Just as to be in the theme.
More details for the theme : it's a futuristic floating area with lot of vegetation du to abandoned. I like massive or big spawn but can be any size, as long as it got good details.
I have a budget around 20$ and 60$.

I'm not sure if I want to get this build do by commission, I don't get good experience from the past with that. For now, I will look all the ressources you give me.
