I can take care of setting up Dedi for free if thats what you're looking for. but if you're looking for someone to setup the server then don't really expect that to get it for free (at least not from professionals).

Assuming you're paying, I am available full-time for an hourly fee. Drop me a message.
I have experience in RHEL/CentOS/CloudLinux, Debian/Ubuntu and a bit of Windows.

Prices drop when I am not as busy.
Prices raise when I am busy.
Prices aren't always the same.

disabling root acces putting ssh key
To be practical both of these are unnecessary. A strong root password, limited other accounts, and not making a mess of setting everything up is more than enough in terms of protection. After all its a minecraft server, they don't attract any real hackers. Mostly because its not worth their time, even for some of the biggest servers out there.

I would consider myself security conscious and even I don't disable the root account. The passwords insanely strong, and there is nothing on there to make the account vulnerable. SSH keys are a pain in the arse and not needed. No one is going to bother hiding in a bush outside my house, using my Wi-Fi hoping that they can MitM me. It might happen to multi million dollar businesses and government organisations. But no one will go to that much trouble over a Minecraft server. Most of the so called "hackers" think using a boater to DDoS someone and exploiting a poorly setup bungee cord is real hacking. So you don't have much to worry about.

If you password is 6 chars long then yes it will be. I have a 16 char password. The sun will have expanded and consumed the planet before it finally stumbled upon the right password.

I could take care of all the Linux side of things for a cheap monthly price or free if you just need a one time setup.

It's best practice to use SSH keys, no matter how long your password is.

Good practice and best practice are words I hear move system admins use. Its almost as if they are hypnotised into doing everything the most secure and best way. Where I'm most cases I fail to see the point. It might be good practice to use SSH keys, but its another thing to be burdened with. I cant just log into my dedi whenever I want, because I know the password, I would need the dam key too. As security, its better, but way too overkill in this case. This is the reason I don't tend to get on with other system admins, they take an hour to do something that takes 10 minuets because they've insisted on going the long way around, and make everything needlessly complicated.

Same with good ways of doing things. How I see it, is if it works, its efficient and its secure than there isn't a problem. It doesn't really matter if its the right way or not. Unless its part of a large company with multiple system admins.

It's best practice to use SSH keys. It completely stops people brute forcing a password.

Computers are getting faster. If you get those computers into a network, where they work together to brute (sort of like a conversation: "Hey, Brute-B, you start with B, I'll start with A!"), bruting can become a lot quicker.

If your opinion is not the same as the majority on things like this, it's highly likely you are wrong. If you think otherwise, prepare a massive paper explaining why everyone else is wrong.
