Hello there, I own a build team however I'd like to know whether we'd get paid to create builds for you?
Thank you both for your interests. We would prefer to pay you a % of what the server makes but if your build/development quality is good we can pay you up front.

3.) Dedication level: I'd personally dedicate 4+ hours per day, however as my timezone is different from my fellow builders; there'd always be someone working on the builds!
4.) Have you ever run a successful server before? If so, please list some stats: Not necessarily however I've built for successful servers such as: Hyperbian & HydraPvP. I've also staffed on larger servers (I don't think that should affect my chances)

Your future and goals, is just as much ours as it is yours and thus we'll try to meet those goals with effort and hard work. You want to create a big server and thus it'd be my teams duty to satisfy your players and your needs by creating high-quality builds.

Yes, we will be able to pay for certain staff positions. We will most likely not pay staff members for helpers or moderators but we will for administrators.

I am looking for people who are actively able to get stuff done and work around any obstical.
A positive attitude and ability to follow directions AND work independently also improves your odds.
Having a working example of your skills such as your own original server also drastically improves your odds.

Hey Mathew, I'd like to apply for this position. I'll post my application down below
1.) Age/Maturity Level: I'm currently 14 years old. I consider myself highly mature, but I'll let you decide for yourself.
2.) Area of Expertise (coding, configuring, building, graphics, etc.) My area of expertise is general administration, especially community management. I'm good at creating posts to notify the server community of upcoming events, updates and server releases. In the past, I've also configured multiple plugins (not created, configured) to create more enjoyable plugin experiences.
3.) Dedication level (how many hours will you be dedication to this each week) As much as I can. I try to play one or two hours each weekday, and I can get online for around four of five hours every weekend.
4.) Have you ever run a successful server before? If so, please list some stats. I used to configure, and administrate for a server called thekingdoms. We never went very far, but our setups were completed by myself, and we would have about 40 players active on good days. Eventually, like most small servers, the owner terminated the server for multiple reasons. Obviously, I'm now looking for a bigger server to work on, and I feel that this server may be a good opportunity for me to show what I can do.
5.) Is there any other relevant information that you feel separates you from others? I know what I'm doing. I know it may sound cocky, or it may make me sound desperate, but I really do. I know a lot of people who wouldn't do this job, because it's too much. The role of community manager/administrator is where I believe I can shine. I can also provide some configurations for this project. Unlike many other people, I'm willing to do my best job, and not receive a pay, as I do it for fun. I hope you consider my offer, as I believe I can work well for your server. I'll also run events, updates, come up with future ideas to maintain the community, and make sure to interact with the playerbase and listen to the community's ideas.
