Hello, I was thinking, non-premium users should be able to sell their minecraft accounts.

I got this idea from a post on Doges profile in which someone said 'How am I supposed to buy premium if I can't sell my minecraft account'
This is what a lot of people used to do, buy premium after they sell their OGs if they wish to stay, you could even make a new section such as Hackforums' 'Secondary Sellers' section, a lot of the time it was the new members that bought some good OGs on site, and I personally sold my 'Sprinting' account originally and bought premium.
The main reason that they were not allowed to be selling their accounts are 'scams' but anyone can do that, someone can buy premium to scam.

I actually like this idea. I haven't read any replies yet so don't be mad at me if I'm sounding retarded or something. There wouldn't be a lot of scamming, as there are plenty of really good middlemen out there that could do deals.

A middleman wouldn't be able to prevent an account from being dispute linked. As I stated earlier, with the way accounts are now, it has never been easier for someone to scam. I can assure you that if we were to open the section to everyone, people would be putting up random low quality names that aren't even considered OG/semi, getting names on accounts that aren't even full access (on someone elses email with no security questions) and without a doubt there'd be people dispute linking accounts, ban evading and trying to do it again. It would be the same way the section was before this was implemented: 3 pages of scam reports at any given time just from minecraft accounts alone. In fact, it was so bad that this was one of the reasons that the account section was removed altogether and I'd rather not have this happen all over again.

Believe it or not, premium as a requirement has been a good way at driving away scammers. Out of all the people selling accounts with premium on there, a very small amount were ban evaders trying to scam but I was easily able to catch and ban them before any damage was done. And of course, they stopped doing it because having to re-buy premium every time they get banned quickly isn't worth it at all for them.

I've seen so many people here act like this is something that can be easily done but they're clearly not seeing it the way I: someone who deals with this stuff on a daily basis does. I already get enough tags and PMs about alt checking a new member, or starring out an account, or editing an account thread, or pruning an account thread, you name it. If this was increased dramatically by ban evading scammers in the account sections, it would never be done on time and users would be scammed due to a huge backlog of reports. And don't say "hire more staff". If this causes problems that would require more people dealing with said problems, then we're just not going to allow those problems to arise in the first place by keeping the requirements the way they are.

Easy for you to say.

If someone wants to sell an account, they can just buy premium and do it. If they can't afford $10, they have no place on a sales forum.
Yep. If you want to buy Premium then there are a bunch of other ways for you to get money to sell your accounts. It is a pretty important premium perk and also prevents scams.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
