Seeking Core Recommendations

Hey, recently started reviving an old passion project and need a solid bungee-focused core plugin, specifically an alternative to AquaCore. Loved Aqua a while back though the support has left a lot to be desired and a some features are no longer working in newer versions/no longer work as smoothly so I've decided to look around for newer options and haven't found much in my own research. Some key features I need:

• Total bungee support including server management (e.g. in-game notifications for server status and staff changes) and remote command execution
• Essential moderation tools e.g. local and bungee chat, 2FA, broadcasting (local and bungee)
• Full permissions system
• Basic player management e.g. playtime and profile stats
• Other basics such as chat formatting, bungee-supported teleport, and preferably db/redis (ie. configure everything once and config is updated globally, the alternative being copy-pasting config files for every server)
• Would prefer if additional features are modular (can be disabled individually)
• Must support 1.15-1.20 (preferably 1.8-1.20, though this is a rare nowadays so I'll settle)

I am seeking non-exclusive and pre-existing plugins. Do not contact me to commission you for a custom plugin, I'm not looking for that. Don't really have a price range, just looking for something that does the job - - doesn't need to be fancy.
